Key Responsibilities- Provide Personalized Patient Care
As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing personalized patient care to our residents, including assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and administering medications as directed by licensed nursing staff.
Assist with Activities of Daily LivingYou will assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as provide emotional support and companionship.
Monitor and Respond to Resident NeedsYou will be responsible for monitoring and responding to resident needs in a timely and compassionate manner, including responding to call lights and assisting with resident requests.
Maintain a Clean and Safe EnvironmentYou will maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including cleaning and disinfecting equipment and surfaces, and reporting any safety concerns to management.
Requirements- High School Diploma or Equivalent
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent to be considered for this role.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) CertificationYou must be certified as a CNA and have a valid certification in good standing.
Excellent Communication SkillsYou must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
