Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking an Early Childhood Educator to support our toddler program at the Invensys Foxboro Branch. As an Assistant Toddler Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and education to our young learners.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting our lead teachers with daily operations, supervising and guiding children, and ensuring a safe and healthy environment. You will also have the opportunity to participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

• Assist teachers with all aspects of the daily schedule, including lesson planning and implementation.
• Provide supervision and guidance to children, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Adhere to health policies, YMCA regulations, and EEC guidelines to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
• Communicate concerns to teachers or lead teachers in a timely manner.
• Participate in professional development opportunities, as required by EEC.

• CPR/First Aid certifications within 30 days of hire.
• At least 16 years old.
• Experience working with children.

Our competitive salary range is $15-$18 per hour, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, sick leave, and holidays.
