About the Job

This position requires excellent communication skills, as you will be interacting with the public on a daily basis, answering questions about directions, events, and parking policies. Your ability to exercise sound independent judgment and maintain a high level of customer service will be crucial in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries regarding parking policies, directions, and events.
  • Issue citations and warnings for non-compliance with parking regulations, promoting a safe and organized parking environment.
  • Relocate vehicles as directed, ensuring efficient traffic flow and minimizing disruptions.
  • Collaborate with maintenance staff to perform duties related to parking equipment and facility upkeep, maintaining a well-maintained parking infrastructure.
  • Collect and secure parking revenues and fees, ensuring accurate financial records and timely payments.
  • Assist with event activities, including setup, traffic control, and payment receipt, providing a seamless experience for attendees and organizers alike.
  • Support permit sales and data entry during peak seasons, utilizing your technical skills to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • A valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
  • The ability to work in all weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and precipitation.
  • Excellent physical stamina, enabling you to walk for extended periods while performing job duties.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, allowing you to navigate complex situations and make informed decisions.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance, adhering to SP+ Corporation's dress code and grooming standards.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and opportunities for career advancement.
