Job Summary
We're seeking an outgoing and energetic individual to join our team as a sales and customer service representative. In this role, you'll be responsible for meeting sales goals, consulting with customers, and ensuring they have a positive experience at our salon.

Responsibilities
* Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales goals* Consult with customers in a professional and upbeat manner* Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensure all company and legal requirements are met* Maintain a clean and organized salon* Handle cash and perform administrative tasks* Track sales goals and performance

Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent* Must be at least 18 years old* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Proven experience in retail/customer service environment* Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time* Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance* Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends
