Highway Infrastructure Planner

This Highway Infrastructure Planner role involves supervising the operations and activities of a highway functional area, developing and administering a strategic work program, and conducting research and analysis required for department activities and programs. The successful candidate will also need to demonstrate ability to apply knowledge of transportation principles and practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in transportation engineering or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to develop effective working relationships with policy makers and elected officials at all levels of government.

The estimated salary for this position is $125,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex transportation projects and developing effective cooperative working relationships.
