Position Overview

We are seeking an exceptional leader to guide and mentor our direct care personnel, Behavior Analysts, and enhance the quality of our programs through various initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Behavior Analysts and lead Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to assist with clinical and administrative duties
  • Oversee and ensure appropriate patient supervision
  • Evaluate clinical reports
  • Guide staff in building relationships with caregivers and community partners
  • Facilitate Special Interest groups
  • Work alongside the Director to pinpoint regional requirements and areas for enhancement
  • Represent our organization at community events
  • Supervise staff performance
  • Review caseloads weekly with the Director

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in education, psychology, counseling, behavioral science, or social work
  • BCBA certification required
  • 2-3 years of experience as a behavior instructor implementing ABA strategies with children diagnosed with ASD
  • 2-3 years of experience in designing ABA programs and training caregivers and instructors on implementation
  • Familiarity with DTT, NET, VB, PRT methodologies
  • Experience in conducting assessments such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, and FBA
