Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer medications to customers and maintain accurate records of physicians' orders and prescriptions.
• Alert pharmacists if customers report adverse reactions to medications and maintain customer confidentiality.
• Assist at checkout, train as a cashier, and perform accurate monetary transactions.
• Comply with all company and regulatory guidelines for medication preparation, storage, and disposal.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace, remove expired drugs, and discard as necessary.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required, along with two to three years of experience working in a pharmacy department.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to maintain a flexible work schedule, with availability during the week and on weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 20 pounds occasionally, as well as to reach, stand, turn, squat, stoop/bend, walk repeatedly throughout the day.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills, sound judgment, and computer proficiency.
