Your Role: As an Emergency Room Nurse, you will be at the forefront of patient care, handling a variety of cases from minor injuries to critically ill patients. You will work collaboratively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure effective follow-up care and referrals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages.
- Manage multiple cases while prioritizing based on acuity levels.
- Document patient care accurately and timely according to organizational policies.
- Coordinate with physicians and other departments to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Associate's Degree from an accredited nursing program (required).
- BSN or current enrollment in a BSN program (preferred).
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required).
