About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced RN First Assistant to join our team. As a RN First Assistant, you will work closely with our surgical team to provide exceptional patient care and support during surgical procedures. Your expertise and skills will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our surgical department and providing a positive experience for our patients.
Responsibilities:
• Assist surgeons and other medical staff during surgical procedures
• Provide high-quality patient care and support during surgical procedures
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless operation of the surgical department
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and technologies
Requirements:
• Graduate from nursing school with a diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Current California Registered Nurse License
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• Three years of diversified perioperative nursing experience
Preferred Qualifications:
• Two years of diversified RNFA experience
