We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Psychiatric Medical Care LLC.

This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed therapist to work with seniors experiencing depression and/or anxiety related to life changes. The ideal candidate will have experience working with this population and be passionate about delivering high-quality care.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to seniors, including group therapy, individual sessions, and family therapy as needed.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic approaches, in collaboration with colleagues.
• Document patient progress accurately and efficiently, adhering to Medicare guidelines.

• A license in Social Work or Counseling as recognized by the state (e.g., LISW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
• The ability to work with kindness and accountability to enhance patients' quality of life.
