Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate monthly inventory reports for management and headquarters.
  • Manage fixed asset records and related depreciation schedules, providing detailed reports by business unit.
  • Support the preparation of financial and tax audits, collaborating with internal and external auditors.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including management and external partners.
  • Guide the accounting team and monitor operational expenditures.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement improvements.
  • Ensure timely filing of regulatory reports with relevant authorities.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Possess a comprehensive understanding of business and accounting principles, including GAAP and IFRS. Demonstrated expertise in managing all aspects of accounting functions, including accounts payable, fixed assets, and reconciliations. Proficient in advanced spreadsheet functions and data analysis tools.

Exhibit strong analytical skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate completion of tasks. Ability to independently manage responsibilities and meet deadlines while maintaining effective communication with all levels of the organization.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, bilingual fluency in Korean, and a minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate accounting. Familiarity with Oracle, SAP, or JD Edwards is preferred, along with CPA designation.
