Job Title: Cardiac Stepdown Travel Nurse

Tact Staff is seeking a skilled Cardiac Stepdown Travel Nurse to join our team for a travel nursing assignment in Dayton, Ohio.

Job Details:

Requirements:

  • EPIC experience
  • Pass an online EKG tele competency assessment
  • BLS, NIH required, ACLS preferred
  • IV Start
  • Nurses will be fitted for N95 prior to working on the HRRU unit

Unit Details:

  • Advanced Care Unit: Typical patients are heart failure, chest pain rule out, NSTEMI, post-procedure patients, COPD exacerbation, drug/ETOH overdose and withdrawal
  • Daily average census: 31
  • Navy Blue Scrubs

About the Assignment:

This is a 13-week travel nursing assignment with a 36-hour workweek. The traveler will be first to float at Premier's discretion, and agency will float in/out of specialty clusters. The traveler must be available to work every other weekend/holiday.

Benefits:

  • LOCAL Bill Rate - $82 regardless of contract duration
  • 36 or 48 hour contract
  • Targeted patient ratios are 1:5-6
