About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join our team at Omni Federal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and operating data-rich applications leveraging advanced data modeling, machine learning, and data visualization techniques.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on modern architectures and solve challenging problems for our clients. You will be working on a DevSecOps platform in multiple cloud environments, supporting Offensive Cyber Operations and Information Warfare capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Designing and implementing infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Ansible and Terraform
  • Working with container technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker
  • Deploying applications to hybrid cloud environments
  • Developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Gitlab and Jenkins
  • Experience with Istio service mesh
  • Working in an Agile Environment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Senior knowledge in development of IaC and associated infrastructure tools
  • Hands-on experience and working knowledge of container technologies
  • Working knowledge of deploying applications to hybrid cloud environments
  • Demonstrated experience working with CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with Istio service mesh
  • Experience working in an Agile Environment
  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, CS or Technical degree
