About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Doughnut Factory team at Krispy Kreme. As a critical member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring our doughnut-making equipment and facility are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance on all factory equipment, including setup, teardown, and repair.
  • Use personal protective equipment (PPE) when working on doughnut-making equipment.
  • Assemble mechanical components and electrical devices, and perform welding and fabricating as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest maintenance schedules and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an industrial plant and/or completion of a technical program or certification in electric, welding, or general machine maintenance.
  • Proficiency in at least five areas, including automated equipment operation, boiler operation, electrical wiring, hydraulics, pipe fitting and plumbing, pneumatics, sheet metal, welding, shop machinery, and PLC troubleshooting and programming.
