We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Knute Nelson. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and developing treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate clients and develop treatment plans in accordance with physician orders
  • Provide quality care that assists clients to meet goals and complete re-evaluations per requirements
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, referral sources, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team
  • Recommend and assure continuation of appropriate therapeutic follow-up programs and activities
Requirements
  • Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of Minnesota
  • Must obtain CPR certification within 6 months from date of hire
  • Must have a valid driver's license and use of an insured personal vehicle
  • Must complete and pass a state required background study
