Marine Product Specialist Job Description:

Bass Pro Shops is looking for a talented Marine Product Specialist to join our team As a Marine Product Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to customers regarding boats and ATVs.

About the Role: In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations to help them find the perfect marine product. You will also be responsible for maintaining product knowledge, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and support to customers regarding boats and ATVs
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Participate in special events and promotions


Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
