Responsibilities:- Coordinate the activities of the pharmacy department to ensure the highest quality of pharmaceutical care.
- Provide patient-centered care, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement medication therapy plans.
- Monitor and report on medication usage and patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Current state Registered Pharmacist License.
- Experience in hospital pharmacy operations preferred.
- B.S. degree in Pharmacy required; Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certification preferred.
