Responsibilities- Deliver safe, dependable, and effective care to patients independently utilizing the nursing process.
- Evaluate patient responses to planned care and adjust plans as necessary.
- Collect, report, analyze, and provide data on an ongoing basis to support patient care and team decision-making.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with 12 months of recent nursing experience within the past five years.
- Valid, active unencumbered Nursing license or temporary permit approved by the Georgia Licensing Board.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
