About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence. You'll be responsible for performing various tasks, including taking vital signs, assisting with medical procedures, and providing emotional support to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Taking vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
  • Assisting with medical procedures, such as inserting IVs and collecting blood samples
  • Providing emotional support to patients and their families
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes in patient status
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting (or enrollment in a PT/OT/PA program with completion of at least one clinical rotation)
  • CPR certification (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
  • Act 34 clearance
