North Mississippi Health Services is seeking a Mammography Imaging Technologist to provide essential imaging services on a per diem basis.
Position Summary- Specialty: Mammography Imaging Technologist
- Field: Allied Health Professional
- Employment Type: Per Diem
The role involves delivering high-quality mammographic images to support accurate patient diagnoses.
Key responsibilities include reviewing imaging requests, confirming procedures, engaging with patients, and upholding radiation safety protocols.
Additionally, the technologist will manage supply inventory and implement cost-effective practices.
Qualifications:
* Completion of Radiologic Technologist training
* ARRT certification
* Preferably certified in mammography or possess specialized experience in the field
* Experience working with a diverse patient demographic
