Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at Now Health Group. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facilities, ensuring smooth production flow, and meeting quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and monitor production operations, including workflow, work-in-progress management, and job assignments.
  • Participate in scheduling processes, including advance production schedule review and coordination with leads and employees.
  • Produce and review daily production reports, providing insights and recommendations to management.
  • Ensure key performance indicators are met or exceeded, and measure productivity on a daily basis.
  • Collaborate with other departments to obtain necessary supplies, products, equipment, and services.
  • Work with other supervisors to solve common issues and develop teamwork among all shifts.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or at least three years' related experience in a food manufacturing or GMP environment.
  • Prior lead experience and/or supervisory experience in a GMP environment required.
  • Intermediate Word and Excel skills required.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree desired.
  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing, including 5S and Lean Practices helpful.
  • Oral and written Spanish language skills are preferred.
Work Environment

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with exposure to herbal aromas, dust, and/or airborne particles. The noise level is moderately loud, and hearing protection is required in some areas.
