Job Summary

The Per Diem Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating, treating, and discharging patients referred for physical therapy services. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care and a passion for delivering exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients to determine their physical therapy needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals
  • Provide high-quality patient care and education
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Valid state license in Physical Therapy
  • BLS and CPR certification
Conditions of Employment

Selected candidates will be required to undergo a Pennsylvania State Police criminal background check, a Pennsylvania Department of Welfare child abuse criminal background clearance, and an FBI fingerprint-based federal criminal records check.

Covid vaccination is a requirement for employment at Jefferson Health.
