Claims Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Claims Advisor Supervisor to join our team at Triple Protection Auto Care, Inc. As a Claims Advisor Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality claim services to our clients and other parties to a claim.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough coverage investigations and confirm coverage exists
• Investigate and gather information about claims, using strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Document all decisions, correspondences, reports, and discussions in a clear and concise manner
• Make sound decisions while using good judgment in evaluating claims
• Review and interpret detailed documents, including contracts, to ensure accurate claim resolution
• Communicate effectively with the Sales Division manager to resolve and finalize complex claims

Requirements:

• 3+ years of claims representative related work experience required
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Excellent customer service skills, with effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to actively listen to customer concerns and ask clarifying questions
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Proven customer relationship and conflict resolution skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
• Positive emotional resilience, with the ability to rise above challenging calls while maintaining an optimistic attitude
