Role Summary:

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at one of our properties. This is a Full-Time position with a standard schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, including an on-call rotation and comprehensive benefits.

Compensation: $38.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead maintenance staff and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Perform and supervise maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, appliance repair, HVAC, and general construction.
  • Utilize various tools and equipment effectively and safely.
  • Maintain clear communication with team members and residents.
  • Participate in on-call rotations as required.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in maintenance roles.
  • 3-5 years of experience in property management.
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Proficient in executing professional-level maintenance services.
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance.
