The Client Relations Specialist plays a crucial role in the initial assessment of provider information (including physicians, advanced practice nurses, and allied health professionals) and serves as a key evaluator within the Customer Care Department prior to the Privileging, Verifications, Licensing, and Service Coordination processes. This role encompasses data entry, mapping, and other pre-screening tasks. Responsibilities may include conducting primary source verifications, gathering references, and managing data collection and entry. The Client Relations Specialist is ultimately tasked with securing provider and client information upfront, facilitating a more efficient and streamlined process for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inputting and organizing CVs and provider information into the company database.
  • Requesting, collecting, and mapping client applications into the database.
  • Engaging with provider offices to resolve discrepancies and obtain missing information.
  • Communicating with providers or groups via phone, email, or mail regarding onboarding status.
  • Assisting in the development of contact sheets for providers' previous work history and insurance coverage.
  • Creating and implementing Customer Care strategies in collaboration with various specialty teams.
  • Interacting with clients through phone and email to ascertain preferences and maintain database accuracy.
  • Analyzing trends to ensure the ongoing success of the department.
