Infinity Foster Home is committed to providing exceptional care and support to our clients. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our team in Little Falls, MN.
About the RoleAs a DSP, you will be responsible for assisting clients with daily living activities, communicating with clients and families, and maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with clients and families
- Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior to relevant parties
- Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment by modeling excellent communication and teamwork skills
Qualifications:
- DSP certification or equivalent is required
- Previous experience in personal care or related fields is an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
