Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Dishwasher to join our kitchen staff. The successful candidate will maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the dishroom, ensuring that all equipment and utensils are sanitized and ready for use.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils/vessels
- Set-up, maintain, and break-down the dish machine area following procedures for safety and sanitation requirements
- Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware
- Bag and haul dish room trash
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should also be physically fit and able to lift heavy loads.
