The Team

We are in search of a committed Public Space Coordinator to enhance our team.

This position is vital for upholding the cleanliness and visual appeal of our communal areas, ensuring they reflect the highest standards of hygiene and aesthetics.

The Role

Maintain Cleanliness:

Consistently clean all shared spaces, including lobbies, meeting rooms, restrooms, and dining areas, ensuring they are immaculate and well-organized.


Attention to Detail:

Assess the condition of furnishings and fixtures, promptly reporting any damage or deterioration to management for swift action.


Supply Management:

Ensure a well-stocked supply of cleaning materials and toiletries, managing resources efficiently to minimize waste.


Guest Interaction:

Create a welcoming atmosphere in public areas, assisting members and guests with warmth and attentiveness, enhancing their overall experience.


Feedback and Improvements:

Engage in team discussions, offering insights on potential enhancements and contributing ideas to elevate our members' experiences.

The Ideal Candidate

A strong desire to cultivate inviting and impeccably maintained environments, ensuring every guest feels appreciated and cared for.


An understanding of the elevated standards expected in luxury hospitality settings, along with best practices for maintaining cleanliness and organization in shared spaces.


Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to positively engage with guests and colleagues, ensuring all interactions are handled with empathy and professionalism.

The ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a dynamic setting, prioritize responsibilities, and respond to guest needs promptly and efficiently.


Experience in a hospitality or service-oriented role, ideally within a hotel, club, or luxury resort, showcasing a history of upholding high standards in customer-facing operations.

Requirements

Minimum of 1+ years of relevant experience in housekeeping, emphasizing motivation, coaching, and development.

Demonstrated experience in housekeeping departments.

Ability to exercise independent judgment and sound decision-making skills.


Proven ability to interact effectively with all levels of management, members, guests, team members, and clientele, both internally and externally.

Exemplary organizational, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Demonstrated reliability, diligence, dedication, and attention to detail.


A flexible schedule is essential, with a willingness to work outside standard hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
