As a Front Desk Agent, your primary role will be to assist guests in a friendly and professional manner during their stay.

Your duties will include:


  • Welcoming guests upon arrival and facilitating their check-in and check-out processes in accordance with established standards.
  • Providing guests with comprehensive information regarding hotel amenities, policies, and local attractions.
  • Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate departments or guests while accurately taking messages.
  • Handling reservations, including modifications and cancellations, to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Addressing guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, while collaborating with other departments to meet special needs.
  • Performing cashier responsibilities, including processing payments and posting charges to guest accounts.
  • Communicating maintenance and housekeeping issues to the relevant departments promptly.
