Job Summary

This position is responsible for completing planned and unplanned maintenance requirements on production, packaging, processing equipment, and utility systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on electro-mechanical equipment
  • Conduct troubleshooting and repair of equipment
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment issues
  • Document maintenance activities and record keeping
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Three years of experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing facility
  • Black Seal, High Pressure Boiler License preferred
  • Minimum one year experience with technical skills: electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, computer-controlled equipment, PLC, and HVAC
  • Minimum one year experience with a variety of equipment: lubricating, cleaning, material handling, motor control, relay control, process control, and packaging equipment
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings: drug, background, and criminal checks
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
