Job Description

Pearson VUE is the global leader in computer-based testing for information technology, academic, government, and professional testing programs. As a Test Administrator, you will play a critical role in delivering exams and providing superior customer service in a comfortable and friendly environment.

Responsibilities
  • Comply with all testing procedures and adhere to company policies using careful judgment.
  • Check in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process.
  • Proctor and invigilate candidates while testing.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, such as vacuuming and sanitizing keyboards.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
Schedule Requirements

We are looking for a flexible candidate who can work a variety of shifts, Monday through Saturday, between 7:20 AM and 8 PM. Schedules are available at least 2 weeks in advance.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience proctoring or invigilating exams highly preferred.
  • Must be flexible in work hours and days.
  • Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Ability to sit for long periods and escort candidates to and from testing rooms.
  • Comfortable in a quiet testing environment and able to hear soft voices and see details from a distance.
