Systems Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud-based SaaS telecom systems, VMware, and Microsoft-based enterprise environments. This role involves architecting, deploying, managing, and optimizing various systems, including telco systems, physical servers, virtual servers, and hosts.

• System Environment Management: Research, introduce, and integrate new technologies into our environment; oversee and manage concerns related to our data centers.
• Domain and Services Administration: Manage, modify, and improve our Active Directory domain, Microsoft 365 environment, and core enterprise-wide services and functions.
• Security: Manage, patch, and update systems under your purview; backup, replicate, and secure data stored and transported under your purview.
• Monitoring and Improvement: Ensure monitoring, reporting, and other concerns related to systems are covered; provide documentation of all systems under your purview.

We are looking for candidates with a strong working knowledge of VMware and Microsoft-based enterprise environments, including Windows Server Operating Systems, PowerShell scripting, SCCM, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and GPOs. A minimum of seven years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education, industry certification, and experience is required.
