Job Summary

Kennedy Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Early Childhood Education Assistant. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the daily operations of our childcare program, ensuring the well-being and development of our young learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist teachers with planning, reviewing, and posting lesson plans to ensure a engaging and educational environment for our children.
  • Make recommendations for educational development referrals for children, collaborating with our Child Development Specialist to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Manage emergency classroom binders, posting allergy and medication charts, and classroom menus to maintain a safe and organized environment.
  • Assist with the care, safety, and well-being of all children, providing a nurturing and supportive atmosphere.
  • Assist with the implementation of a developmentally appropriate program for infants and toddlers, ensuring their unique needs are met.
  • Recruit children for our program, providing excellent customer service and communication with families.
  • Provide direct interaction with parents and the community, building strong relationships and promoting our program's values.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of our childcare program.
