About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at Klosterhaus, our restaurant in Bristol. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing a section of the kitchen, ensuring that all aspects of food preparation and presentation meet our high standards. You will work closely with the senior kitchen team to maintain consistently high standards in both service and kitchen management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee a busy section of the kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standard.
  • Work closely with the senior kitchen team to maintain consistently high standards in both service and kitchen management.
  • Train and develop junior staff members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
  • Ensure that all health and safety standards are met, and that the kitchen is maintained in a clean and safe environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent food knowledge and health and safety standards.
  • Passion for cooking and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
