Mercy is seeking exceptional nurses to join our Float Pool team. As a Float Pool RN, you will have the opportunity to work in various specialties, including Med Surg, ED, Critical Care, and Behavioral Health.
Responsibilities- Rotate daily to assigned areas, providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment
- Collaborate with a team of experienced nurses to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and technologies
- Contribute to a culture of safety and quality, adhering to Mercy's standards and guidelines
- One year of clinical nursing experience
- Graduate of a state-approved professional nurse program
- Current RN licensure with the Missouri State Board of Nursing or current RN Missouri temporary work permit
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or completion of a course within the probation period
