Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team at Phoebe Berks, a long-term care facility in Wernersville, PA.

About the Role

This per diem position offers the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals who share a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, and implement physical therapy programs for patients with various medical conditions, including those requiring rehabilitation after surgery or injury.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff to provide empathetic and personalized care.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on patient progress, adhering to regulatory standards.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in physical therapy from an accredited institution, plus completion of a supervised clinical internship.
  2. Pennsylvania state licensure as a physical therapist, along with CPR certification.
  3. Demonstrated leadership skills and experience working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
