Job Opportunity:
The Professional Group is seeking a skilled Recruiting Analyst to manage the entire recruiting cycle, from screening to placement, for various business units within the airline. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to partner with clients, source quality candidates, and administer the entire employment process.

About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates for placement in exempt and nonexempt positions. You will also develop and maintain a recruitment plan for each area to ensure recruitment goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with clients to establish their recruiting needs and source quality candidates
- Handle all aspects of the recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates for placement in exempt and nonexempt positions
- Administer the entire employment process, including drug testing, background checks, references, offer letters, etc.
- Develop and maintain a recruitment plan for each area to ensure recruitment goals are met
- Ensure recruiting and hiring practices are compliant with organizational policies, federal, state, and other regulatory requirements
- Manage all job postings, both internally and externally
- Manage weekly and monthly recruiting reports with KPIs for managers

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources/Recruiting in high volume recruitment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
