Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective exercise programs to meet the needs of diverse clients;
- Conduct fitness assessments and create customized workout plans to help clients achieve their health and wellness goals;
- Lead group exercise classes, including aerobics, strength training, and flexibility exercises;
- Provide one-on-one coaching and guidance to clients to help them improve their physical fitness and overall well-being;
- Monitor client progress and adjust exercise programs as needed to ensure optimal results;
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe and healthy environment for clients;
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and research to provide clients with the most effective and efficient workout programs;
- Collaborate with other fitness professionals to develop and implement new exercise programs and services;
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that clients feel valued and supported throughout their fitness journey.
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field;
- Group exercise instructor certification from a reputable organization;
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a fitness instructor or in a related field;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances;
- Strong knowledge of exercise science and fitness principles;
- Ability to lift and move equipment as needed.
