We are seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our collaborative and collegial team at Johnston Willis Hospital in Richmond, VA.

Job Summary

This is a W2, hospital-employed opportunity with excellent compensation, full scope of practice, and a supportive and dynamic work environment.

Highlights of the Position
  • Care Team Model: 10 General Anesthesiologists and 23 CRNAs covering an average of 18 sites of service.
  • Diverse mix of cases, including Bread & Butter, Complex Neuro/Spine, OB, GYN, General, heavy orthopedics, Robotics, and GI.
  • Annual surgical volume: 17,000 cases.
  • Current schedule includes a mix of 8, 10, and 12 hour shifts.
  • Practice top of license with demonstrated proficiency.
