About the Team
Are you a motivated individual with a background in market research? Have you previously led market analysis for enterprise SaaS organizations? If you are eager to make a substantial impact within a premier organization, Workday is looking for a passionate professional to join our esteemed team as a Senior Competitive Intelligence Analyst.

About the Role
At Workday, we are dedicated to achieving exceptional outcomes, and our Competitor Intelligence team plays a vital role in delivering strategic insights to our leadership. As a Competitor Intelligence Analyst, you will conduct in-depth competitive research and provide valuable insights to senior management. Additionally, you will engage in strategic cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of competitors, including their product offerings, financial performance, and sales strategies.
  • Generate and present competitive insights to leadership.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Strategy team on key initiatives.
  • Gather intelligence to enhance Workday's competitive advantage.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships throughout the organization.

About You
Basic Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in SaaS market research and analysis.
Other Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the enterprise software applications landscape.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to leverage experience and research across various industries.
  • A proactive 'get it done' attitude, with a readiness to engage in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A drive to take on additional responsibilities in a high-growth setting.
  • Willingness to travel domestically (less than 20%).

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in relevant industries such as Financial Services or Professional and Business Services is advantageous.
Workday Pay Transparency Statement
The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location.

As part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Compensation offers will be based on multiple factors including geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business needs.
