Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Women's Social Rehabilitation Unit Coordinator to join our team at Centurion Health. The successful candidate will provide administrative guidance and supervision to clinical and administrative staff, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate clinical needs and provide quality, evidence-based, behavioral/mental health services within a mental health residential social rehabilitative unit in a correctional setting for female offenders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative guidance and supervision to clinical and administrative staff
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate clinical needs
  • Develop and implement evidence-based behavioral/mental health services
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Masters level degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited educational institution
  • Active professional license to practice independently in the state of Missouri (Licenses accepted: LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
  • Supervisory experience in a correctional or mental health treatment facility
  • Behavioral/mental health experience in a correctional and/or mental health residential treatment unit environment
  • CPR and Basic Life Support certification
