Health Services Coordinator

Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Health Services Coordinator. This role involves performing various administrative tasks, managing public contact duties, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks, including recording, tracking, filing, copying, mailing, and requesting documents from the public
- Knowledgeable of rules and regulations around protected health information
- Provide public contact duties such as scheduling appointments, computer data entry, and retrieval, and customer service
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Two years of medical office experience preferred
- Excellent typing skills and computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Compensation and Benefits:
$3,325 - $4,241 per month (estimated) salary range
