About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Crew Member at PM of Fond du Lac, a franchisee of Papa Murphy's. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and be ready to perform your role by wearing a clean and wrinkle-free uniform and arriving on time.
  • Prioritize and complete tasks efficiently to avoid jeopardizing store operations.
  • Adhere to Papa Murphy's store performance standards and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, handling phone and online orders, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Perform tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor, including working at the counter, assisting with menu selection, and participating in add-on sales.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a positive attitude and teamwork spirit.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
  • Food Handlers Card and/or Serve Safe Certified preferred but not required.
  • Effectively read, speak, write, and communicate.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with supervisors, co-workers, and guests.
  • Basic math skills required.
Working Conditions

This role requires regular standing and walking, as well as the ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. You must also be able to perform cleaning duties and maintain punctual and regular attendance at work.
