About the Role

As a Sales Associate at Walmart, you will play a vital role in helping customers find what they need. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, answering customer questions, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities

  • Review customer orders and locate merchandise on the sales floor
  • Ensure customer orders are filled accurately and efficiently
  • Smile, greet, and thank customers with a positive attitude
  • Dispense customer orders quickly and accurately in varying weather conditions

Additional Compensation

You may be eligible for additional compensation in the form of premiums, which may be based on your schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. These premiums may range from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour. For more information, please see the actual job description.
