Job Title: Housekeeper - Estimated Salary: $45,000 per year

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Residential Cleaning Technician to join our team at Simply Saras Cleaning Service Llc. This role involves providing exceptional cleaning services in a two-person team setting, traveling to customers' homes to clean floors, surfaces, and other areas as required.

You will be responsible for effectively using provided equipment, including vacuums and cleaning solutions, to clean customer homes. Your duties will include cleaning all surfaces, vacuuming stairs, carpet, and hard surface floors, moving furniture to clean under and behind, and carrying cleaning products and equipment to and from the office, vehicle, and customers' homes. You will also assist in keeping supplies stocked and maintaining equipment, contributing to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contributing to the overall team effort.

Requirements:
  • Previous housekeeping/janitorial experience preferred but not required
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to commute between job sites when necessary
  • Ability to read and follow cleaning instructions
  • Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs of equipment
  • Ability to withstand regular physical contact with dog and cat hair, mold, dust, mildew, and cleaning solutions


This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with a competitive compensation package and opportunities for career advancement.
