We are seeking a skilled and experienced Club Cleanliness Specialist to join our team at Arcis Golf in Geneva, IL. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our work areas and facility. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our work areas and facility
  • Perform various cleaning tasks, including sweeping and washing floors, vacuuming carpet, washing walls, dusting furniture and fixtures, and cleaning ashtrays
  • Remove trash from work areas to the loading dock/dumpster
  • Collaborate with other maintenance employees to maintain a clean and organized work and public areas

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of an organization

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year

About the Role:
