Job Summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled EEG Technologist to join our team in Medford, Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform standard electroencephalographic (EEG) examinations on both outpatients and inpatients, including routine awake and sleep EEGs, portable EEGs, and long-term monitoring bedside EEGs.
  • Set up test equipment, apply electrodes, conduct tests, and collect information pertinent to the interpretation of the tests.
  • May perform clerical/administrative duties as required.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an EEG training program or Associates Degree program.
  • Six months or more experience working in a patient care environment.
  • Eligible for ABRET certification to be completed within 2 years from date of hire.
Working Conditions

Ambulatory inpatients and outpatients are performed in the EEG laboratory. Bedside tests are performed on non-ambulatory and ICU patients on the floors.
