A Sales Associate II plays a vital role in the success of our stores, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized service to customers, building relationships and driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge.
- Uphold Coach's Service and Selling Models, ensuring a positive customer experience and meeting sales targets.
- Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and product knowledge, providing expert advice to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, adhering to Coach's visual merchandising standards.
- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately, handling returns, exchanges, and purchases.
- Support store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash wrap duties.
- 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Basic computer skills, including the ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to maneuver the sales floor, sales shelves, and stock room; climbing, bending, and kneeling are required.
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and, at times, lift and carry product/cartons up to 50 pounds to process product shipment/transfers.
- Drive for Results: Can be counted on to exceed goals successfully.
- Customer Focus: Is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
- Creativity: Comes up with a lot of new and unique ideas.
- Interpersonal Savvy: Relates well to all kinds of people, up, down, and sideways, inside and outside the organization.
- Learning on the Fly: Learns quickly when facing new problems.
