A Sales Associate II plays a vital role in the success of our stores, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized service to customers, building relationships and driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge.
  • Uphold Coach's Service and Selling Models, ensuring a positive customer experience and meeting sales targets.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and product knowledge, providing expert advice to customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, adhering to Coach's visual merchandising standards.
  • Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately, handling returns, exchanges, and purchases.
  • Support store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash wrap duties.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Basic computer skills, including the ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to maneuver the sales floor, sales shelves, and stock room; climbing, bending, and kneeling are required.
  • Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and, at times, lift and carry product/cartons up to 50 pounds to process product shipment/transfers.
