About the Role:

  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing daily inspections and removing trash from the grounds.
  • Prepare and maintain the landscape, including mowing lawns, maintaining flower beds, raking leaves, de-icing, and shoveling snow.
  • Clean the pool and surrounding area as needed.
  • Assist with light maintenance duties, such as replacing light bulbs, window screens, air filters, moving appliances, and painting.
  • Contribute to apartment make-readies by removing trash from vacant units, caulking, checking appliances and smoke detectors, and replacing parts.
  • Educate residents on safety practices and ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and federal guidelines.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Ability to operate lawn maintenance equipment and tools.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in groundskeeping or maintenance roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
