  • Manage shift operations, including scheduling, inventory, and cash handling

  • Collaborate with the Restaurant General Manager to achieve business objectives
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of our Hourly Crewmembers
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and other expenses to achieve profitability

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management or leadership role
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service
